Best Vegetarian Chili Recipe – How to make at Home?

Winter is here and We are here with everyone’s favorite Vegetarian chili recipe. A warm, delicious, and healthy. It is filling, nutritious, and absolutely tasty. We know you’re going to adore it, so let’s get began. The same filling can be used to make a sandwich or a burrito.

This vegetarian chili is my favorite because it is so much like a front-loaded recipe. The chopping is where all the effort is. The rest is really simple after you put it in the Dutch oven.

Ingredients for Vegetarian Chili Recipe :

  • Olive oil, two tablespoons
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper & celery
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 4 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons of chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoons of cumin

  • 1 teaspoon Undrained chopped tomatoes in two 14-oz cans.
  • 2 14-oz cans of rinsed and drained black beans
  • 1 14-oz can of washed and drained kidney beans
  • two cups of veggie broth
  • two tablespoons of chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon of lime juice, fresh
  • salt

Method of Vegetarian Chili Recipe :

Step 1: We will begin by chopping up all of these vegetables. We have a red onion here. Bell pepper, carrot, celery, and some garlic are among the vegetables we have.

Step 2: The garlic will be minced in the next step. Okay, so we will now mix the garlic with the remaining vegetables because we will sauté it first. To avoid burning, the garlic is added after that. All of our freshly chopped vegetables will now be tossed into this Dutch oven.

After it comes to a boil, we’ll reduce the heat and let it simmer for a while. For 30 minutes, cover it and let it sit so that the flavors can blend.

Step 8: Just give the cilantro a quick rough chop. The juice of one lime will also be added. Therefore, all this actually requires is about a half-teaspoon of salt.
