Preparation of black kidney beans:

  1. Clean black kidney beans and wash them in water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and tomato.
  3. Now add black kidney beans, green chillies, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and mix well.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes and ready.

Assembly of the Quesadilla:

  1. Spread black kidney beans mixture on a tortilla roti.
  2. Add grated cheese or mozzarella cheese on it.
  3. Place another roti leaf and press gently.
  4. Bake it on a hot tawa or pan until it turns jaggery colored.
  5. When both sides are golden, remove and serve.
  6. And delicious black beans quessadilla is ready.
