How to Create a Delicious Chia Pudding Recipe – 5 types in one recipe

If you’re looking for a super easy way to meal prep simple healthy snacks that you can just grab and go anytime then you need to try chia pudding you’ve probably seen it online or in grocery stores or cafes it’s become a very popular snack but it’s also great for breakfast or even dessert there’s no cooking required and anyone can do this in minutes with just a few simple ingredients and because they stay fresh for about five days in the fridge they’re perfect to make ahead of time for meal prep now.

 

What exactly is chia pudding? and why is it so popular?

It’s a creamy thick and nutrient packed pudding that kind of resembles tapioca at its core it’s just a simple combination of two ingredients chia seeds and milk. They’re packed with fiber protein antioxidants vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids making them great for your brain, heart, bones. and they’re also great for supporting weight management.

Ingredients for chia pudding recipe:

MANGO COCONUT:

  • 1/2 cup – Coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp – Chia seeds
  • 1.5 tsp – Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp – Vanilla extract
  • Ripe mango
  • Coconut flakes

Directions:

  1. We’re going to build our base recipe, for which add milk, chia seeds, vanilla extract and maple syrup in a bowl. Refrigerate it.
  2. When it’s ready, peel mango cut into small chunks.
  3.  Place mango chunks into a blender and blend into puree. Save a few chunks to use as toppings.
  4. In an empty jar, add alternating layers of chia pudding and puree.
  5. Top with mango chunks & coconut flakes and your chia pudding is ready.

ORANGE CREAMSICLE:

  • 3 tbsp –  orange juice
  • 1/4 cup – Coconut milk
  • 2 tsp – Chia seeds
  • 1.5 tsp – Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp – Vanilla extract
  • Coconut flakes
  • Sliced mandarins
  • Greek yogurt

Directions:

  1. let’s mix a quarter cup of light coconut milk two tablespoons of chia seeds one and a half teaspoons of maple syrup and one teaspoon of vanilla extract
  2. Mix ingredients & refrigerate
  3. When it’s ready, top with a spoonful of Greek yogurt, mandarin slices & coconut flakes
  4. Grate orange zest on top and your orange chia pudding is ready.

VERY BERRY:

  • 2 tbsp – Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup – Milk
  • 1.5 tsp – Maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup – Frozen berries
  • Berries
  • Granola
  • Hemp hearts

Directions:

  1. We’re going to add our milk maple syrup and half a cup of frozen berries.
  2. let’s give it a good blend then pour it into a jar and mix in our chia seeds give it a stir wait five minutes give it.
  3. Now refrigerate it and top it with berries, granola & hemp hearts.

APPLE PIE:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp – Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup – Almond milk
  • 1.5 tsp – Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp – Apple sauce
  • 1/4 tsp – Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp – Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup – Almond milk
  • 1.5 tsp – Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp – Apple sauce
  • 1/4 tsp – Cinnamon

Directions:

  1. let’s combine our base recipe of milk chia seeds and maple syrup then let’s add one tablespoon of unsweetened applesauce and a quarter teaspoon of cinnamon give it a stir let it sit for five minutes give it another mix and then put it in the fridge.
  2. When it’s ready let’s take a large red apple and chop it up in a small cube.
  3. Then in a saucepan over medium heat let’s add two teaspoons of coconut oil.
  4. Add Apple chunks 1 tablespoon of maple syrup and one teaspoon of cinnamon give it a stir and cook for about four to five minutes until the apples are softened and browned.
  5. Once that’s done add Apple chunks right on top of the chia pudding along with a pinch of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.

PUMPKIN SPICE:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp – Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup – Milk
  • 1.5 tsp – Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp – Pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp – Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp – Vanilla extract
  • Greek yogurt
  • Cinnamon (pinch)

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients & refrigerate.
  2. Add toppings.
