For the paneer butter masala, I used 400 grammes of paneer, which I cut into large cubes. In a lovely white Kadai, I added 1 tablespoon of ghee and roughly 2 tablespoons of oil. I’m going to add the paneer chunks, and then I’m going to add one teaspoon of garam masala powder. I’ll gently stir it in, and then I’ll let it simmer on medium-low for about five minutes.
